The Concept Grew company completed a pilot project on system implementation of 1C: A MRO in Betfor LLC, the press service of the contractor reported on March 28, 2013.

Automation will help

"Large enterprises, depending on a field of activity, spend for service and repair of the equipment from 5% to 30% of a total quantity of internal costs. MRO system implementation at the enterprise is a well managed economy source, – Ilya Evstafyev, the project manager of implementation from the LSR Group noted. – As a rule, the enterprise cannot reduce considerably costs for energy carriers or, say, the salary of employees. And here housekeeping overheads and repair give in to management in wide scales and allow the large companies to save a considerable part of means. Activities for maintenance and repair are among processes with low controllability and notable influence of a human factor. Therefore its automation finally will help not only to optimize costs of the company, but also to increase controllability of the enterprise in general".

Within the completed project specialists of The Concept Grew company investigate functionality of pilot model of a 1C system: The MRO on the platform of a product 1C: Enterprise 8.2 also provides input user training. Training of the working group in the company of the customer further specialists of the LSR Group could be engaged independently service and completion of a 1C system became the purposes of a pilot project: MRO.

The test version of the diagram of repairs on the basis of the set repair cycle, on defects, on an operating time, on a condition of equipment is created.
