The subsidiary company of Rosatom which is based in Nizhny Novgorod -Atomenergoproekt, the designer, largest in Russia, and the builder of nuclear power stations, will implement on objects under construction an autonomous automated system of a time recording of personnel using plastic cards with RFID tags, TAdviser told the source close to the project, on March 28, 2013.
It will allow to consider quantity and time of stay of the workers of different types from subcontract organizations who are on the building site.
It is expected that it will help to increase efficiency and reliability of collecting and information representation about the actual number of staff, to reveal and minimize risks of increase in terms of construction of the NPP and also to increase transparency of relationship of Atomenergoproekt and subcontract organizations regarding personnel management.
Data will come to a system from autonomous points of a time recording through which there will pass employees, and one of requirements to a system is support of accounting up to 10 thousand registered RFID cards.
Created by software should allow to visualize data on change of number of staff for a certain period, by subcontract organizations and employees and also to allow to generate reporting documents. Access to a system for users will be available from the PC and mobile devices via the web interface.
System development by request of Atomenergoproekt, is conducted by the Nizhny Novgorod company "Integra" in which management, according to the source the ex-employee of Atomenergoproekt is TAdviser.
Two power units of the Rostov NPP under construction will become the first platforms on which a system will be implemented. If use of a new system is effective, Atomenergoproekt will spread around it and on other buildings, including the Baltic NPP and the NPP under construction in Belarus which input in operation is planned for 2018, the interlocutor of TAdviser tells.
