BFT: Internal portal of the region (municipal entity)

For the purpose of ensuring unity of information for all participants of process of management of the region (municipal entity) and the round-the-clock access for heads to information on financial and economic aspects of activity of the subject of the Russian Federation (municipal entity) in the necessary analytical BFT Company coal mines developed the Internal portal of the region (municipal entity).

The portal can be established and function as in scales of all region with connection to it of all municipal entities, and in one authority (local government authority). The standard internal portal of the region (municipal entity) developed by BFT Company is already integrated with all application solutions implemented on the ATsK platform and allows to provide on it information from another the used region (the municipal entity, authority, local government authority) of systems. Information display on the portal is performed in a format of "traffic lights" - indicators which considerably simplify perception and allow to concentrate on the main thing, at the same time giving an opportunity to detailing of necessary information on positive or negative variances.

Such sections as are presented in the internal portal of the region (municipal entity):

• Management of strategic objectives;
• Management of implementation of the state (municipal) programs;
• Management of public authority (OMSU);
• Network management of the public (municipal) institutions.

All sections of the portal are coordinated among themselves, and the head-user of the portal has an opportunity at insufficient dynamics of change of target indicators of the program "go down" step by step to a card (passport) of the subprogramme, the action of the program and organization performing the state (municipal) task quickly to establish the reasons which entailed growth deceleration (or decrease) an indicator.

• Possibility of simultaneous operation of heads of all levels in analytical sections (pages of the portal) corresponding to their powers and tasks.
• An opportunity for heads of any level to trace within the area of responsibility:
  • current status of execution of the state (municipal) programs and their actions as in financial, and natural expression;
    
  • current status of execution of the state (municipal) tasks as in financial, and natural expression;
    
  • current status of expenditure of federal subsidies and subventions for implementation of the state (municipal) programs;
    
  • current status of holding procurement procedures by governmental activities (municipal) programs.

• Integration into all application solutions implemented on the ATsK platform.
• Representation on the portal of information from used by the region (the municipal entity / body power/local government authority) automated systems.
• Information display on the portal is performed in a format of "traffic lights" - indicators.
