Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) BIT .FINANS completed automation of the Kvartstroy-NN LLC enterprise on the basis of software ". Prof", the press service of integrator reported on April 1, 2013.

Background

Growth of number of projects demanded higher level of the organization of work of the enterprise, and drawing up budgets - big costs of time and forces. The management reporting was prepared insufficiently quickly and financial planning and control of execution of budgets became complicated.

There was a need of creation of a system capable to automate financial activities of the enterprise, to solve a problem of control of cash flows and to simplify formation of the regulated and management reporting.

After the analysis of the existing systems selected the software product "BIT .FINANS: Prof" and company "1C: The first BIT" as integrator.

Implementation

Within the project works on the software installation, its setup, user training are carried out. According to specifics of activity of the customer by 1C specialists: The first BIT the budgeting block regarding budgeting of income and expenses, balance estimation is finished.

Result

The system of automated management of financial processes assisting the customer in achievement of positive results in short terms is created. The quality of financial planning increased. The sliding planning became possible. Labor costs of financial service decreased. Function of multiscenario formation of budgets in necessary analytical cuts is implemented. The management can estimate the current activity of the company in the online mode that increases quality of management decisions.
