In 2009 the service of the round-the-clock "hot" line of technical support of the educational institutions of the Russian Federation using Open Source was created. This project of federal level numbering tens of thousands of users through the whole country not only provided support of the schools which passed to the open source but also gave an impulse to creation of community of teachers who impart experience in the IT sphere. As showed survey of representatives of educational institutions in 83 subjects of the Russian Federation conducted within monitoring of process of system implementation, more than 85% of users estimated the level of work of technical support as high. On the next stage of work with orders of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation specialists of the company developed and implemented one more largest system intended for control of accomplishment of the requests arriving via the specialized website of Electronic Educational Resources from the staff of educational institutions across all Russia. For project data that part of a system which is intended for acceptance of working off and control of execution of requests of users was implemented on the JIRA platform. Own technical support service Pingwin Software servicing internal and external users of other projects also uses the system constructed on the Atlassian platform.
