MOLGA Consulting introduced an automated SAP personnel accounting system for Renault in Russia, the press service of the integrator said on April 3, 2013.

The implementation project covered the automation of functional areas such as personnel administration and staffing and organizational structure, as well as the integration of the Russian system with the global personnel management system and the local payroll information system. The implementation is based on a typical MOLGA design solution developed within the framework of the basic functionality of the SAP ERP HCM product and which contains the experience and knowledge of MOLGA Consulting experts accumulated in dozens of successfully implemented projects. The solution is adapted to the specific business of Renault in Russia in accordance with the rules and procedures of the Renault Group.

Decision

The implementation of the system was implemented throughout the enterprise with a total staff of about 6,000 people.

One of the main features of the project is the integration of the Russian system with Renault's global personnel administration system. Renault's personnel accounting system in Russia has been implemented in accordance with the Group's unified functional standard, taking into account the best global practices of processes, documents, standard and flexible reports, as well as regional specifics that meet the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
