GSI-Permneftegazstroy completes development of terms of reference before implementation of ISUP

The GSI-Permneftegazstroy company on behalf of the management came to need of development and the subsequent implementation of the project management information system (PMIS) of major repairs in July, 2012. In the project PMSOFT Group takes part in quality of the contractor. The technical specifications on system development are at the moment approved, works on setup of required functionality begin, the press service of the company reported on April 5, 2013.

Background

As a software platform for creation of ISUP the solution Asta Powerproject is taken. Functionality conforms to all requirements imposed to a system.

Solution

Preparation of the Technical Specifications (TS) became the first stage of project implementation of implementation of ISUP in GSI-PNGS. Methodologists of PMSOFT Group and also representatives of the management of the enterprise are involved in implementation of this stage.

At the time of completion of development of Technical specifications, at the end of 2012, also the model of a rule which implementation will become the next stage on the way to achievement of goals of GSI-PNGS LLC on increase in effective management of projects of major repairs due to automation of basic processes of management and application of modern information technologies is worked out.
