The Skolkovo Foundation optimizes telephony

The Skolkovo Foundation optimized processes of telephone communication of employees using Aurus PhoneUP "Direktoriya" service, the developer company reported on April 5, 2013.

Solution

The IT department of Fund of development of Development center and commercialization of new Skolkovo technologies bought program service PhoneUP "Directory" within system implementation of unified communications on the basis of the solution Cisco Unified Communication Manager.

The purpose of deployment of software - expansion of the standard feature set offered by the selected hardware-software solution Cisco and providing to the staff of Skolkovo Foundation of the qualitative and convenient phonebook in which it is possible to store both intra network, and external (mobile, city) phone numbers.

Mikhail Berman, the Head of the Moscow Department of Information Technology of Skolkovo Foundation, noted: "Daily needs of employees are completely closed by the provided functionality. Telephone communication became noticeable more convenient thanks to opportunities of quick search of numbers by reference books. In addition, it is possible to note convenience of using of automatic import of a contact information from an internal system in phonebooks which provides timely updating of information".
