The CORUS Consulting system integrator completed implementation of cloud Microsoft Office 365 in Lentelefonstroy holding, the company reported on April 5, 2013.

Background

E-mail was a fixed asset of corporate communications in holding, before implementation of Office 365, that complicated joint work, increased risks of losses of documents and errors of version control that in turn negatively affected efficiency of business processes.

Solution

Design and setup of new IT infrastructure were performed by CORUS Consulting system integrator. Specialists of the IT company developed the plan of migration from the existing products on Office365 IT services, set and configured server applications, necessary for connection to services, carried out the project on migration of a part of users, migration of all user data and user training to the basics in a new environment.

The project proceeded two months.

Result

Now 400 users in all enterprises of holding are connected to Microsoft Office 365. Connection and setup of working environments of new employees and working groups takes now literally several seconds.
