The IMPULSE IVC company executed the engineering project of security systems of AUPS and SOUE for the Central clinical hospital of civil aviation in Moscow.
Specialists of group of design of engineering of IMPULSE IVC company developed the project of the automatic installation of the fire warning (AIFW) and a management system for evacuation of people at the fire (SOUE) for a number of objects in the territory of Moscow CDB GA.
According to the project, are equipped with the AUPS and SOUE systems the five-floor laboratory body with pathoanatomical department (area of 10000 sq.m.) and also important infrastructure facilities of CDB - the central heat distribution station, the pump station and the boiler house.
Automatic installation of the fire warning is executed based on elements and devices of NPF Bolid. Signals of AUPS are transferred on the panel of control and control in the round-the-clock dispatcher station in the main building of hospital.
The management system for evacuation of people at the fire is designed on the 3rd type with selection of 9 zones of the notification. SOUE is constructed on the basis of TOA VM-2240 amplifiers (Japan) and integrated into the existing warning system of CDB.
The SOUE system allows to perform in any of zones of the notification or in all zones at the same time:
- automatic transfer of previously written disturbing messages in case of the fire and other emergencies;
- transfer of operational voice messages from a post of the manager;
- broadcast of voice signals of civil defense and emergency through an automatic telephone exchange of CDB.
The feedback system of zones of the notification from the dispatching office located in the main building of CDB GA is also organized.
Speech annunciators and places of their installation are selected so that to provide the normalized sound pressure level in all premises.
During project development it became clear that the existing power supply system of CDB does not conform to requirements imposed to modern fire safety systems. With respect thereto reconstruction of the distribution and group electric networks of 0.4 kV is provided in the project.
The project is executed according to law No. 123-FZ "The technical regulation about fire safety requirements". The project was approved by the customer and received the positive decision in regional government of Emercom of Russia across Moscow.
