Renault of Traks East (Renault Trucks) (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

The IBS company announced end of the ERP project in the Russian representative office of Renault Trucks, Renault of Traks East company. Automation of accounting functions was executed based on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform.

Implementation of the ERP system was a standard stage of opening of business of the French car maker in Russia. As for all European departments of Renault Trucks the corporate standard is Microsoft Dynamics NAV, it was used also in Russia.

The integrator was selected by the customer based on multiple factor analysis of the offered system implementation methodologies. As a result of project implementation functions of accounting taking into account specifics of automobile distribution were automated, reporting according to the IAS standard was provided what the procedure of broadcast of data from the Russian chart of accounts in the chart of accounts of IAS is developed for, optimization of outgoing payments and automation of accounting of long-term agreements on sale of machines was executed. Besides, the ERP system was integrated with a corporate system of automation of dealer activity of Partner Commande. Training of staff of the company was also provided. Positively the fact that the created company only began the activity influenced implementation and "adjustment" of business processes to the ERP system was painless.
