The OpenWay Group company announced on April 5, 2013 system implementation of the multichannel personalized RBS on Way4 platform in Oschadbank.

Past and future

Way4 platform of Oschadbank provides control of ATMs and customer service on the Internet. The self service functionality is regularly complemented with new opportunities.

Start of mobile banking and self-service terminals which will become a part of a uniform ecosystem will become the next step in development of multichannel service on the basis of Way4. Users of mobile application of Oschadbank will have an ability to manage templates of payments, to pay and translate srebstvo, to receive new offers and to communicate with bank.
