The Ay-Tiar company uses profile products for accounting automation

1C specialists: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated activity of Ay-Tiar LLC using the solutions "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" and "BIT:FINANS. Management accounting", the company integrator reported on April 8, 2013.

Previously

The system of accounting used earlier at the enterprise did not meet all requirements. The reporting under IFRS was formed using spreadsheets. Account was kept insufficiently quickly. On reporting 5-10 days left. The information system which would allow to organize high-quality conducting the regulated and management accounting was required for the enterprise, to reduce time for drawing up reports, to increase reliability of credentials.

As a basis of such system the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP program and industry solution "is selected by BIT:FINANS. Management accounting". The company "1C became the partner in implementation: The first BIT".

Solution

During implementation installation of programs in 50 workplaces of the customer is made. According to requirements of the enterprise completion and setup of functionality of solutions is made. The project final - user training and development of detailed instructions for them.

Result

In a project deliverable the number of routine transactions of finance division is reduced. There takes place collecting of actual data on accounts of IFRS quicker. Load of accountant officers decreased. The regulated reporting is prepared much quicker, accuracy of the data raised. In total 50 jobs are automated.
