In March, 2013 in ANC SENK Ltd company the first stage of an implementation project of Business Process Management Suite and electronic document management on the platform of the ELMA software product is begun : Business process management, the EleWise company integrator reported on April 9, 2013.

Goal

For maintenance of the status, increase in level of the provided services, the company management makes the decision on system implementation of electronic document management and automation of basic processes of the company. A choice is made for benefit of the ELMA system for a number of reasons, one of which was the possibility of mobile control and management of basic processes of the company, using the tablet computer.

The main objectives which are set by company management for a system:

• Creation of a control system, analysis and business process management
• System implementation of business process management and automation of collecting and data analysis.
• Creation of a system of formation, change and storage of regulations.
• Workflow automation.
• Creation of a common information space by integration with already existing systems and purchased afterwards
• Formation in the company of Competence Center according to the ELMA system which will participate in the project.

Further a system should develop by forces of Competence Center.

Expectations

Automation of internal regulations of the company will become result of implementation of the first stage of the project: document flow, projects, creation of a control system, the analysis and business process management at the enterprise. Further scaling of a system is planned for the bigger number of users, and also, in process of quantitative and high-quality growth of the enterprise of system implementation of management of indicators (KPI).
