Company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project of automation of Uniform Media Group company on the basis of the solutions "1C: Accounting 8" and "BIT:FINANS. Prof", the press service of integrator reported on April 9, 2013.
Previously
Accounting in the company was performed by the system which is not conforming to requirements of the organization. The enterprise felt need for a system which would help to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting the regulated and management accounting.
Selected industry solution of "BIT:FINANS" and software "1C: Accounting 8" which functionality allowed to organize accounting, to increase quality of planning and control over a funds expenditure. In the project invited the company "1C: The first BIT".
Implementation
Installation and setup of software products is made, data exchange between them is configured. Separately integrated the data obtained from the previous automation system and tables of Excel. To the customer helped to make structure of the CFD, budgets. User training is provided. Within the project 30 jobs are automated.
