The production and construction consolidation "Kazan" scales EDMS according to business development

In PSO "Kazan" implementation ECM- systems began DIRECTUM. The project is implemented by the company MiTek. In a work progress it is necessary to optimize internal business processes, the developer company reported on April 10, 2013.

Initial

The needs for customer interaction and in structural divisions of the company, scales of the processed documentation created real need of implementation of EDMS.

The management PSO "Kazan" made the decision on implementation ECM- systems DIRECTUM. As the contractor the company is selected MiTek. In the middle of January, 2013 the first organizational meeting during which the present working situations and perspectives of implementation were discussed took place.

"Good" is

For April 10, 2013 the detailed research is conducted, project solutions are developed and approved, there is a process of adaptation and setup of a system under business processes of PSO "Kazan".

Plans and expectations

Within implementation it is going to use several solutions of DIRECTUM. Tasks of the organization of convenient, quick and secure access to documents, building of business processes and control over execution of works will be provided with the basic modules "Management of Electronic Documents" and "Management of Business Processes". Business solutions Contract management and Office will allow to automate process of approval of contractual documents and to systematize office-work regarding increase in percent of the executed instructions.

An ECM system is going to be implemented in the divisions supervising construction of facilities across all Republic of Tatarstan. At the expense of it it will turn out to establish relation of the central office with regional. At the initial stage is planned to ensure functioning in the system of 200 employees.
