In Bolashak Atyrau the implementation project of RBC Solutions BIP is complete

In Bolashak Atyrau company at the beginning of 2017 the implementation project of RBC Solutions BIP (Bank Interface Program) is complete. This solution is developed by RBC Group, especially for the companies users of ERP systems and is intended for simplification of work about bank clients of any banks. In "Bolashak Atyrau" RBC Solutions BIP it is used for unloading of payments from Infor FMS SunSystems in clients of different banks and also for processing and diversity of bank statements.

"Bolashak Atyrau" for management of financial and business activities uses the ERP system of Infor FMS SunSystems. Services of support of a system are rendered by RBC Group. In 2016, specialists of RBC Group, carried successfully out upgrade of the Infor FMS SunSystems 5.2.1 system on Infor FMS SunSystems 6.2.1.

The problem of automation of payment system at Bolashak Atyrau arose at increase of volume of manual processing of a large number of payment orders / statements. In a month through department of bank/cash desk there can pass more than two hundred payments and statements, at the same time 3 different banks can be involved, formats and bank clients of which have differences. The quantity of lines in each payment order can reach till 20-30. In the statement the quantity of lines can reach 200-300. Process such information volume and enter it into a system in the form of magazines is very labor-consuming task.

Moreover, payment orders should form as from the Sun Systems Financial system (a payment on accounts, prepayments, settlement with suppliers, etc.), and from the Salary HRB system (the payment of ZP and other payments connected with specifics of a company performance with personnel). Bank statements, should get always to the Financial system in the form of magazines and update original postings in a Salary system (to avoid dubbing-ins of payments).

In the course of implementation in Bolashak-Atyrau LLP of the module of registration the Account of Invoices (Purchase Invoicing) of the Infor FMS SunSystems system, the presentation of the new product developed by RBC Group - RBC Solutions BIP was made specialists of RBC Group. RBC Solutions BIP solves the problem of the enterprises working with several banks, connected with unloading of the data from the used ERP system in bank clients of data of banks but which do not have means for the organization of data exchange with the used accounting systems. Especially, when the used financial system hard is modified or the bank client works only with own file formats.

Specialists of RBC Group sharing of the module of registration the Account of Invoices of Sun Systems and RBC Solutions BIP was offered. As a result of such implementation, would get Bolashak-Atyrau LLP the full stroke of automation a job with Invoices including:

• registration the Account of Invoices in a system;
• control and approval of Invoices and Invoices for payment;
• automatic generation of payment orders in bank;
• hands-off processing of the statements received from banks.

As an additional bonus, it was offered to configure automation of payments from the Salary HRB system which could be also implemented within this project.

The customer agreed with the offer of RBC Group. Implementation of RBC Solutions BIP was executed within the project on setup of the module of registration the Account of Invoices of Infor FMS SunSystems and consisted of the next stages:

• Preproject inspection;
• Preparation and setup of handbook data (suppliers, addresses, bank information);
• Setup of magazines and numerators;
• Setup of a system of a statement the account of invoices on payment;
• Formation setup Payment instructions in BIP;
• Setup of processing of statements in BIP;
• Development of the reporting under invoices and payments.

The implementation team was created from specialists of RBC Group and Bolashak Atyrau. From the Customer entered a command: the supervisor of department Bank/cash desk Zhanargul Alzhanova and the staff of department who directly work with payments through bank. The command from Bolashak-Atyrau LLP was sincerely interested in success of this project, took active part, both in problem definition, and in testing of the implemented solution.

The implementation project of RBC Solutions BIP in Bolashak-Atyrau LLP lasted 3 weeks.

All payments from the Infor FMS SunSystems 6.2.1 system take place the system of a statement where the bank through which it is necessary to carry out payment is at once selected. After the payment went through all stages of a statement, it is automatically unloaded in xml or other corresponding file format for the subsequent transfer to bank clients of banks.

Interaction with 3 banks is at the moment configured.

The received statements, are unloaded from bank clients of banks in a specialized format. Then these files are loaded in RBC Solutions BIP and, having undergone processing, are carried in the Sun Systems system. For the processing stage protection against repeated loading of statements is configured to avoid problems of dubbing-in of postings in a system.
