Increase in effective management of procurement procedures by SAP SRM system implementation

Description of implementation

Within the Project consultants of Parma Telecom LLC solved the following tasks:

• Diagnostics of the existing model of procurement procedures is carried out;
• The organization structure, business processes, the list of regulatory documents and output forms is defined;
• The SAP SRM system is customized;
• The project solution describing the existing business processes of the customer is developed;
• End users are trained.

Result

The developed System allows:

• Use the reference book of goods, uniform with SAP ERP, works/services;
• Use the reference book by potential participants, uniform with SAP ERP, in procurement procedures;
• Carry out procurement procedures;
• Make automatic evaluation of the proposals submitted by participants;
• Consolidate the need for goods on all plants of society.
