Task

In 2008 in the company the decision on system implementation of electronic document management, integrated with a corporate portal, constructed based on software of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, for creation of a common information space of the company and ensuring data exchange between the portal and the Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 software products, accounting financial systems, etc. was made. For the solution the company given tasks made the decision to attract to consultations of the external expert having practical experience of implementation of software products of Microsoft and their integration.

Solution

During the project the expert of Parma Telecom LLC, having practical experience of implementation of software products, took part in examination of documents, the presentations and negotiations with software suppliers, discussions on the arising methodological and technical issues, carried out risks assessment and made recommendations about determination of the perspective directions of further integration and development of a system.

Result

As a result of the carried-out works as the expert of Parma Telecom LLC solutions of the arising methodological and technical issues were proposed, risks assessment and probable problems is given, consultations on setup of the applied information systems are held.
