Task

Increase in effective management of investment actions in the field of capital construction, development drilling, prospecting drilling and reconstruction of wells of JSC RITEK by system implementation of planning and control of implementation of investment actions (SPKRIM).

Description of implementation

Within the project works were performed:

• on adaptation of normative regulatory documents taking into account specifics of JSC RITEK;

• the information system based on products of Microsoft (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 and Microsoft Office Project Server 2007) is unrolled;

• user training of SPKRIM is provided;

• trial operation of SPKRIM based on investment actions of CCI of Volgogradneftegaz of JSC RITEK is carried successfully out.

Result

• SPKRIM allows:
• • Create and adjust schedules of investment actions as a part of investment projects in the planned period;
• • Provide operating control of terms of implementation of investment actions, timely adoption of necessary operational solutions, prevention of dead times;
• • Provide effective interfunctional interaction in implementation process of investment actions at the level of divisions of JSC RITEK and contractors;
• • Consolidate information on investment actions in archives of the project documentation.
