Integration of the SAP ERP and Oracle Primavera P6 systems
Task
- Formalize requirements to integration of systems;
- Develop project solutions on integration of systems;
- Develop integration solutions using industry standards on data exchange and also the recommended tools for data exchange both from SAP (SAP XI), and from Oracle Primavera (Oracle Primavera API);
- Configure automatic data transmission between systems;
- Train end users;
- Including the data transmission interface, to put the SAP ERP and Oracle Primavera systems into commercial operation.
Description of implementation
The developed integration solution allows to automate:
- Processes of formation and maintenance in current status of structure of SPP of the SAP ERP elements on the basis of data of EPS/WBS of structure of Oracle Primavera P6;
- Processes of formation of versions of planning in SAP ERP on the basis of information on the planned and actual mastering planned at the level of works of the network diagram created in Oracle Primavera P6;
- Processes of updating of data on the actual mastering of budgets in Oracle Primavera P6 on the basis of the data transferred from SAP ERP;
Result
In a project deliverable all assigned tasks were implemented.
