As familiar colleagues in Moscow already used a product Call center of Infinity from Weathervane Sale company and were happy, we stopped on their industry solution of Infinity TAXI. Should note that during implementation we did not face any organizational problems, on the contrary all noticeably were delighted. The only thing, to us was necessary to change the IP address, but in principle it is impossible to call it a problem".

The company brought the most part of SIM cards via gateways to the Infinity TAXI system and also left a quantity mobile on a reserve case. According to Alexey Proshkin for work practically all functionality of a system is used: statistics, automatic ringing to clients, SMS informing, payroll calculation, deduction of penalties, etc.

"Though at the time of implementation we noted some recession of orders, so far we studied and customized a system under the tasks, but then the number of orders many times increased and we could involve drivers more, - Alexey Proshkin summarizes. - In our plans adding in the system of function of GPS positioning to trace our machines on the card as are sure that it will make our work even more effective".
