The consulting company WillMore announces the beginning of the project on implementing solution for expanded automation of the warehouse WillMore: Warehouse Advanced based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Alphabet of Taste online store.
The range of online store forms based on the operating supermarkets of Alphabet of Taste network and over 8 thousand names of fresh products, delicacies and self-produced ready dishes include. 90% of the range of a warehouse make the products which are characterized by different terms and storage conditions.
In two years of work of online store the order amount and the number of employees significantly increased that affected the general controllability of a warehouse and order processing time. For the management of online store of critical factors of successful work the speed and high quality of customer service are. For the company important permanent maintenance of service at the level of not lower than 95% of customer satisfaction.
For ensuring high-quality work the decision on implementation of the specialized solution for automation of the warehouse developed by WillMore company was made. The solution is developed taking into account experience of implementations of standard system module of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and provides integrated management of warehouse processes.
Thanks to the implementing solution WillMore: Warehouse Advanced company management is going to solve priorities:
