Shport Vyacheslav Ivanovich

Shport Vyacheslav Ivanovich is the governor of Khabarovsk Krai (it is chosen for a period of May 6, 2009 till May 6, 2013).

Biography

Was born on June 16, 1954 in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Russia.

Education

Graduated from Komsomolsk-on-Amur polytechnical institute, having received qualification "the Mechanical engineer of aircraft construction".

1993 - passed a training in Stanford University (USA).

2002 - ended the High Academic courses at Military Academy of the General Staff of Russian Armed Forces in "Defense and security of the Russian Federation".

2003 - got the 2nd higher education in Law.

Military Service

1973 - - served 1975 in rocket troops and artillery in the Far East.

Scientific degree

Candidate of Technical Sciences (defended the dissertation on the subject "Use of High-strength Titanium Alloys in Aircraft Industry").

Doctor of Engineering.

Professor of Academy of military sciences.

Military rank

Lieutenant colonel.

Career

Upon completion of study in technical school worked as the riveting assembler at Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association of Yu.A. Gagarin (KNAAPO).

1979 - worked in KNAAPO where held positions to the deputy CEO - the chief engineer of KNAAPO.

1997 - 1999 - the technical director - the chief engineer of KNAAPO.

1995 - stood in deputies of the State Duma of the second convocation in the party list of electoral association Duma-96 (No. 1 in a regional group East) which did not overcome on elections on December 17 a 1995 5% barrier.

Also stood on the Komsomolsk-on-Amur single-candidate Constituency No. 56 of (Khabarovsk Krai), but in the district lost elections, having taken the 4th place from 16 (5.35% of voices).

On December 19, 1999 - it was elected the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third convocation on the Komsomolsk-on-Amur single-candidate Constituency No. 56 of (Khabarovsk Krai), having received 46.24% of votes on elections. It was put forward by voters.

In the State Duma entered into the deputy group "People's Deputy".

On January 11, 2000 - at the constituent assembly it was elected one of eight vice-chairmen of group.

On January 26, 2000 - the vice-chairman of the State Duma Committee on the industry, construction and high technologies.

On May 27, 2000 - at a constituent congress Unity was elected the member of political council of a batch.

On November 22, 2000 - was a part of deputy interfractional consolidation of the State Duma Business Russia.

On December 7, 2003 - it was elected the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the Komsomolsk-on-Amur single-candidate district. Was a part of United Russia fraction.

January, 2008 - February, 2009 - the director of Directorate of production and technical development of the Sukhoi aviation holding company.

On March 2, 2009 - the Deputy Prime Minister of Khabarovsk Krai - the minister of the industry, transport and communication of edge.

On April 30, 2009 - the decree of the President of Russia it is appointed the acting as the governor of Khabarovsk Krai.

May 6, 2009 - A legislative thought of Khabarovsk Krai it is given authority to the governor of the region.

Achievements in career

With the assistance of Vyacheslav Shporta new samples of aircraft military equipment of series SU-22, SU-27, SU-35 were mastered and put in serial production, unique military fighters are delivered on alert and for export: SU-33 (ship option), SU-30MKK and SU-27CM.

At the initiative of Vyacheslav Shporta and at his direct management on KNAAPO two conversion programs were started: on assembly of the Be-103 airplanes ("Amphibian") and SU-80 on 30 passengers for local and regional airlines.

Is the author of 10 inventions fixed by patents.

Public activity

July, 2011 - took part in the national Tatar holiday "Sabantuy" devoted to the end of spring field works which took place in the Silinsky park of Komsomolsk-on-Amur^[1].

October, 2011 - took part in opening of the All-Russian youth forum "Trade-union Vanguard"^[2].

February, 2012 - took part in opening of the All-Russian tournament on Greco-Roman wrestling on Vitaly Struchkov's prizes^[3].

March, 2012 - participated in the wreath-laying ceremony to soldiers Far Easterners devoted to the 43rd anniversary of an event on the island Daman. On Square of Glory the ceremony of assignment of a wreath and flowers to a monument on which pylons surnames of the residents of the region who fell death brave in March, 1969^[4] are immortalized was held^[4].

October, 2012 - participated in the opening ceremony of the Cup of the Governor on billiards^[5].

On November 6, 2012 - participated in the presentation of the "Assambleya Narodov Habarovskogo Kraya" magazine dated for National Unity Day^[6].

December, 2012 - participated in the Open Public Administration conference in technopark Skolkovo^[7].

January, 2013 - participated in a solemn meeting on the occasion of the 90 anniversary of formation of boundary protection of the Far East^[8].

January, 2013 - together with the spouse participated in the Christmas church service in the main temple of Khabarovsk^[9].

March, 2013 - participation in a grand opening of the Championship of Russia on sambo^[10].
