PIP: Treasury

The BI Partner company entering into I-Teco Group put in the spring of 2013 on the market "the PIP: Treasury" – the ready-made solution on automation of treasurer functions on the 1C Platform which can be integrated with standard configurations 1C 8.x.

Software product "PIP: Treasury" it is focused first of all on the organizations and the enterprises using 1C: Enterprise Accounting and 1C: Trade Management, i.e. those configurations in which there are no functions of treasurer management. At the same time this development can improve the similar functions implemented in other standard editions 1C.

It is possible to refer the built-in visual designer of routes of approval of requests for payment and an intelligent system of the notification of users about passing of requests to key features of a new product on route. Built-in interactive Payment schedule allows to see quickly planned receipts and expenses and also to estimate a condition of balance and in case of need to find an optimal solution for receiving a positive remaining balance. Ensuring integration with a system the bank client allows to process automatically bank statements and using batch processing quickly to create necessary payment orders.

Implementation "PIP: The treasury" will allow to reduce considerably costs for control of financial flows, will prevent inappropriate use of money, will increase workmanship of the budget, will reduce business need for attraction of short-term loans and will help to increase financial discipline. "PIP: The treasury" is completely finished software product which is not requiring completions and can be unrolled in the company without involvement of third-party consultants.
