The Internet interaction module with the federal executive authority/ROIV websites on citizens' appeals to the President of Russia

The module is intended for integration of an electronic document management system "CASE" with the websites of federal and regional executive authorities.

The module provides:

• Automatic placement of information on the course of consideration of the citizens' appeals which came for consideration to authorities from the Russian President Administration in Personal accounts of applicants on the official sites;
• Operational informing applicants through Personal account on the official site of the President of the Russian Federation about all stages of passing of the address – receipts in administration staff of the President, the direction to the final contractor and collaborators, the course of consideration, preparation of the answer.

Scheme of operation of the module:

• The address of the citizen submitted to them through the Internet and reception and sent to authority by Management of the President is registered in EDMS "DELO" with indication of a special delivery type of the document and details of the cover letter.
• The module of Internet interaction traces the course of further review of the address to EDMS "DELO" and automatically creates the adequate notices sent for the publication on the special e-mail address on the party of the website of authority. The events initiating start of the module and which are displayed then in Personal account – creation of order to RK, its editing, creation and editing the report of the contractor.
• Information on the course and result of consideration of the address accepted on the special e-mail address is published on the website of authority where according to the link from Personal account to www.letters.kremlin.ru can see it the addressed citizen.

Operation of the module requires EDMS "DELO" of version 12, a subsystem "PROCESS MANAGEMENT", a subsystem of "DELO-WEB".
