Orion uses technologies in department of work with personnel

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) optimized activity of personnel department of Orion production association implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product, the press service of integrator reported on April 16, 2013.

Updating

The solution to update the system of conducting personnel records is dictated by desire of the management to improve the HR policy of the enterprise. Earlier used product ceased to meet the increased customer requirements on efficiency of accounting, control and work planning.

A choice was made for benefit of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. The contractor of the project the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT".

Solution

Specialists of the contractor executed installation of a system, loaded the address qualifier, "Responsible persons of the organizations" configured the register of data. All users were trained.

Result

Product introduction helped with creation of an effective management system for key tasks of department of work with personnel. It lowered load of personnel, increased labor productivity. The variety of ready report forms positively affected quality of the created documents.
