In the middle of March, 2013 in group of companies PHARMASSOTSIATION the company Haulmont started implementation EDMS THESIS and completed the project at the beginning of April, the press service of the company reported on April 18, 2013.
Tasks
Main goals of workflow automation in the company: increase in employee performance at remote offices, acceleration of process of approval of documents and also optimization of work with the large volume of information.
Alternative were considered by EDMS by criteria: convenience of the user interface, lack of functional congestion of a system, a possibility of individual preference of the solution, according to requirements of the company and also a possibility of archiving of negotiation documents.
Based on the overview and the analysis the management of PHARMASSOTSIATION Group made the decision - to take an electronic document management system of TEZIS as a technology basis.
Solution
Specialists of HAULMONT company implemented the THESIS system implementation project. Several user groups were trained and on April 1 EDMS is brought into trial operation. For work in a system it is going to connect 150 users. Further the management of PHARMASSOTSIATION Group intends to refuse completely paper document flow for benefit of EDMS, significantly increasing quality and speed of approval of documents, efficiency and control of discipline of contractors.
