"The Gazprom Gazenergoset" changes the platform for business intelligence products

The Navicon company completed the project in JSC Gazprom Gazenergoset - the translation of the integration platform and the system of the business analysis on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 platform, the press service of the company reported on April 18, 2013.

Background

In development of IT infrastructure of the customer, the management of the company made the decision on transition to the updated server platform.

Solution

Specialists of Navicon held stress testing of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 of MDS where the MDS component helps to manage the normative reference information: allows to adjust data exchange with the systems of any class and provides correctness of data from the diverse systems. Results showed performance allowing to solve effectively the problems facing the customer. To the customer the offer - to pass to SQL Server 2012 arrived, and specialists of Navicon carried out works on migration of the solution.
