Genesys License Reporting Manager (LRM 8.1.1)

License Reporting Manager (LRM) is the flexible tool of assessment of load of contact center which is at the same time allowing the companies working with the Genesys CIM platform to estimate need of purchase new or shutdowns of the existing licenses depending on workload level. It is especially relevant for the companies using solutions of Genesys on the SaaS model.

The reports of LRM forming by the set necessary parameters can be applied by the companies to monitoring of use of the products Genesys and also suppliers of the set solutions for providing information to the users from billing. Obtaining the reporting on use of licenses more than on 20 products Genesys is performed via the interface of the module of administration Genesys Administrator Extension.

The new version of License Reporting Manager (LRM 8.1.1) supports Windows Server 2008, MS SQL Server RHEL 2008, 6. Also the possibility of tracking of sharing of GVP ports, parkings of calls and work with the modules Genesys Info Mart, GI2, Agent Connector, IVR Connectors, SIP Voicemail, Social Engagement is supported.

Besides, License Reporting Manager 8.1.1 supports measurement of quantity of jobs for all products; the user interface Genesys Administrator Extension is improved.
