Content

1C specialists: The first BIT (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated accounting in IPP New Technologies manufacturing enterprise by means of the solution "1C: Small Business Management 8", the press service of the company reported on April 19, 2013.

Approaches

Earlier in the company manual methods of collecting and processing of the reporting were used. It was labor-consuming and took a lot of time. Data analysis looked non-objective. All this did not allow to use production capacities optimum. It was difficult to plan processes of shipment and delivery of goods to clients. Control of execution of production operations was also complicated.

For the purpose of formation of competitive capacity of the enterprise its management decided to optimize operation of production blocks. Decided to involve specialists of the company "with 1C: The first BIT".

Job

Employees of the contractor performed installation and tuning of systems, provided user training.

Implementation of the 1C: Small Business Management 8 program allowed to implement:

  • accounting of products, including on storage locations, using different characteristics of goods;
  • make production schedules;
  • registration of orders for assembly (dismantling) and to fix the facts of production and rendering services;
  • calculate actual cost;
  • accounting of actual costs.

Automation of only 3 jobs – the storekeeper, the accountant and the manager allowed to bring firm to the new level of rendering services.

Result

Are automated inventory and production control. Process of exchange of documents between divisions is facilitated. There was an opportunity to effectively plan utilization of capacity, timely to perform shipment of goods and delivery of products that positively affected reputation of firm.

Accurate accounting helped to reduce costs:

  • transport – for 60%,
  • administrative and managerial – for 30%.

Statistics of the customer

Upon implementing solution, improvement of production indicators is mentioned it is recorded in the main directions:

  • duration of a production cycle on custom products was reduced by 50%, on basic – for 30%;
  • the quantity of delays with shipment of finished goods was reduced by 45%;
  • the production cycle on basic products was reduced by 30%;
  • the turnover of means in calculations increased by 30%;
  • the turnover of inventory increased by 65%;
  • accuracy of delivery time increased by 80%.
