In "Kazakhstan" came to the end with TD KAMA an implementation project of a system of a business intelligence of QlikView

In TD KAMA Kazakhstan companies (Uralsk), the largest supplier of tire products in the region, QlikView implementation project is complete. The need for a business intelligence was caused by the adopted development strategy of the company in the market, with permanent improvement of business processes and expansion of the range of tire products. Receiving up-to-date and timely data substantially simplifies control and resource optimization of the enterprise.

Direct implementation, including carrying out personnel training of the customer to development tools of BI of the QlikView system, specialists of RBC Group company performed. The implementation project lasted exactly a month, two applications according to the analysis of sales and on stock analysis at the enterprise were as a result developed. And detailed the analysis of sales became quite capacious, it includes:

• control panel of the head which allows to assess the current situation on sales, to estimate income level, a trend of the choice of the stated goods by divisions, choice deviations from requests, the forecast of the choice by divisions;
• the expanded analysis of sales and profitability in different cuts (divisions, the cities, storage locations, goods, groups of goods, etc.) using different methods of information representation, such, as: pivot tables of indicators, bubble charts of profitability, etc.;
• data view about sales on the cities and divisions on cards of GoogleMaps;
• ABC-XYZ analysis;
• functionality of any comparison in any analytical cuts presented in the application;
• the modeling (based on trends of sales) indicators of sales and a margin depending on the change in price of sale, cost value and quantity;
• the calculation of prices for different customer groups based on prices of the supplier and product cost;
• the analysis of sales by documents.

All indicators in the application are reflected in four currencies: tenge, ruble, dollar, euro.

The Stock analysis application allows to analyze stocks of the enterprise for any selected period, to keep track of dynamics of change of stocks by goods and their groupings, divisions and storage locations.

At the same time managers of "TD Kama-Kazakhstan" have an opportunity now:

• estimate the current stocks taking into account goods at ways, goods in shipment, goods in a reserve;
• carry out goods turnover analysis for any selected period;
• estimate on what number of days there is a goods stock, having taken as a basis sales randomly of the selected period;
• carry out the analysis of shares of a daily average remaining balance of goods for the selected period in different cuts;
• keep track of deficit of goods by divisions, warehouses, storage locations.
