In April, 2013 the RapidSoft company, the Russian developer of corporate systems of automation of customer interaction, announced implementation in Svyaznoy Bank of a new solution for the remote banking (RB) and providing payment services to clients.

Start of the iQBank system developed by RapidSoft company by request of Svyaznoy of Bank took place in April, 2013.

The RapidSoft company performed a complex of project works, including determination of business requirements to the RBS system, design, solution development, implementation and support. Solution integration with all systems of bank, including processing, the automated banking system and CRM - a system was implemented.

Implementing solution allowed to offer qualitatively new service layer of RBS for two million clients of Svyaznoy of Bank. Payment services from several thousand suppliers became available via all channels of service: Internet bank, mobile bank, contact center, self-service terminals. At the same time irrespective of the used channel of service, the user always sees a uniform client profile with preserving and reflection of all perfect transactions. Services of personal financial analytics with an opportunity to trace the broad picture of income and expenses on categories, to plan and optimize transactions with personal finance became available to clients of bank. Distinctive feature of the interface of iQBank Internet bank is evident and convenient detailing of expenses for the selected period in a schedule type with breakdown by groups and transaction types. The user also has an opportunity to configure the schedule and templates of payments and transfers in Internet bank, to browse the total amount of the planned expenses, etc. On the homepage of the office the client can independently select from the system of Internet bank and mobile bank for display the banking products interesting him.

The developed solution has modular structure that allows to develop functionality separate a component, without changing all architecture. Among key modules – Internet bank, the consolidated client's profile, the server of transactions and personal financial analytics, a security subsystem and SSO, a subsystem of communications with clients on the basis of Clientrix, etc. In a system the security technologies providing reliable protection against invasion and data theft, universal and flexible management with procedures of authentication and authorization and control of use of credentials are applied.
