Gazpromtrans metodologizirut process of transfer pricing

The RDTECH company developed process of transfer pricing in Gazpromtrans company, the press service of developer reported on April 23, 2013.

Task

The purpose of development of regulations - the description of interaction between divisions of the customer, at the level of officials, for preparation of information on the controlled transaction according to requirements of FTS (law No. 227-FZ).

Subject part

Entered the project:

• inspection of structural divisions of the company;
• creation of model and description of the sequence of process "Transfer pricing";
• development of techniques and document templates of process;
• formation of recommendations about process automation.

Result - creation of processes of transfer pricing for carrying out profitable transactions:

• on transport-forwarding service
• to giving/cleaning of cars on the ways of uncommon use;

for account transactions:

• purchase of material resources.

In addition, a technique of detection of controlled transactions, forms of collecting of documentation according to the controlled transaction, the recommendation about further automation of process on the 1C Platform are created.
