British American Tobacco Russia (BAT Russia) (Orange Business Services: EAM)

"BAT Russia", entering into top three of the Russian tobacco market became one of the first customers of new service. In 2012 the company began the internal project on dismantling of local servers in large regional offices. For prevention of reduction in the rate of operation of applications in the most remote cities the service of EAM from Orange which is initially offered the company on test conditions was used. Afterwards testing was transformed to commercial operation which allowed to lower load of the channel to 70% and to increase bandwidth more than by 3.6 times. Speed of start of the heaviest applications from the central server in Moscow changed from several minutes to several seconds.
