In February, 2013 Accenture completed the project on development and deployment of processes of management of IT projects for TNK-BP, the press service of the Russian representative office reported on April 22, 2013.

Efficiency with arrangement of priorities

In a work progress over the Accenture project developed and implemented complex methodology of implementation of IT projects, performed detailed design of management processes, including development of internal regulating documents of the company. Implementation of the new principles, methods and processes in TNK-BP provided higher accuracy of portfolio construction of IT projects for 2012-2013, allowed to define possible difficulties and problems accurately. At the same time, processes became simpler and effective.
