The Telecom-Guard company completed the project on implementation of the hardware-software Avaya Interaction Center platform for the new platform of the uniform distributed Center of user support of the projects "Information Society", the press service of integrator reported on April 23, 2013.

The platform of the uniform distributed Center of user support of the projects "Information Society" represents the large multifunction modern contact center capable to process over 1 million addresses a month and is equipped according to modern requirements for reliability and the continuity of rendering services.

Intellectual core of contact center - the Avaya Interaction Center platform, it connects in uniform the components which are responsible for interaction with users on different channels - traditional telephone communication, e-mail, facsimile. In addition to traditional interfaces, interaction with external telephone networks is possible under the H.323 and SIP protocols, besides a system is functionally completely ready to processing SIP видеозвонков.

In the project progress the contractor executed installation and and commissioning, integration of functional modules of the platform with the existing information systems of MTs NTT Ltd, completion separate a system component according to the existing business processes. For ensuring control of work of contact center the complex includes the expanded Avaya IQ reporting system consolidating and processing data from different functional a system component.
