Saratov office of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) optimized activity of boutique selling elite bed linen of "TOGAS" using the 1C: Trade Management 8 program and a set of an electronic retail store equipment, the company implementer reported on April 23, 2013.

Start

Earlier the accounting in the company was carried out by the basic version of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program. With business development the range of tasks extended. With respect thereto the management decided to update the software by acquisition of more modern version.

Execution

The company "1C became the contractor of the project : The first BIT". Specialists of the contractor set the professional version of the 1C: Trade Management 8 program, made changes according to requirements of the customer, added the mechanism of creation of templates of labels according to which three templates of the different size and the contents form. Configured the program under the printer of labels: size and provision code stroke, type sizes, etc.

Selection

The customer selected a retail store equipment: ASPD FPrint-22, the printer of documents for an UIIT, a strongbox to fiscal registrars of Glolee EC-410, SYMBOL LS 1203 the Laser hand one-plane scanner without support, the Reader of the magnetic cards Posiflex MR-2100, ZEBRA TLP 2824 Plus the Thermotransfer printer of printing of labels.

Result

The qualitative service level of buyers raised and the possibility of automatic accounting of discounts and pricing, planning of trade operations and analysis of key performance indicators appeared. System implementation of discount discounts allowed to start the loyalty program of clients. Data exchange between shop and office is configured that simplified process of control of work of shop.
