The Federal Communications Agency will receive connection with the Internet for 1 million

Globus-Telecom signed contracts for telecommunication services with Federal Communications Agency for the amount more than 4 million rubles, the press service of operator reported on April 24, 2013.

Contracts are signed according to the results of public electronic auctions. The company contractor will provide to the state customer services of local and intra-zone telephone communication using 200 phone numbers in the 495 code, will provide access to an automatic telephone network of public authorities (automatic telephone exchange of OGV) and a possibility of establishment of connections with a number of subscribers in the mode of confidential communication. Besides, the operator will provide on the network the reserve directions for traffic transmission in case of an emergency situation.

In addition, services of Internet access by capacity not less than 100 Mbps will be provided. During operation of contracts in obligations of operator ensuring monitoring of service quality, including serviceability check of the equipment and the computing services used for provision of services to the customer and also identification and blocking of harmful traffic.

"It is important to note that our hardware and software system on monitoring of telecommunication networks not only provides automation of activities of technical divisions of the company for observance of requirements of the agreement on the service layer (SLA), but also places the operational technical information in a personal account of the customer, – the director of information technology and to innovations of "Globus-Telekoma" Sergey Rybakov emphasized. – We provide to clients tools for independent quality evaluation of the consumed services and we provide a stable relation "the customer - the operator".

2013: Expansion of a range of services

On November 20, 2013 the operator of fixed connection Globus-Telecom company announced signing of the contract with Federal Communications Agency on rendering telecommunication services. Contract amount was more than 1 million rubles.

Project Progress

The contractor will provide to the customer services of Internet access by capacity not less than 100 Mbps and also access to services of interactive television. In addition, within the contract the operator will provide the permanent analysis of network connections of the client regarding timely identification of harmful traffic that will allow to inform Rossvyaz on the arising incidents quickly.

The contract is signed for 2014 after the victory in an open electronic auction of Rossvyaz.
