The State Historical Museum automates planning and the reporting

In Federal State Budgetary Institution of culture "State Historical Museum" implementation of the automation equipment of budgetary institution using the software solution "BIT is complete : Management of finance of public institution", the company integrator reported on April 25, 2013.

Limits of the project

Within the project are automated:

• process of drawing up financial plans on divisions and on the organization in general;
• process of registration of requests from divisions by articles and financing sources (types of activity);
• process of adjustment of plans of divisions upon financing selection (as necessary);
• registration in the system of agreements and public contracts, memos on traveling expenses and expense reports and also control of execution of small purchases by the RCEAP codes is provided;
• registration of memos from divisions on the agreements (a reserve of expenses) expected to the conclusion;
• registration of invoices for payment and acts from suppliers.

Result

Implementation of the software product simplified process of data acquisition on execution of the planned targets taking into account a reserve expected expenses, to the amounts of the signed agreements and also facilitated report generation for the analysis of the actual and cash expenses in different analytical cuts, reports on performance of agreements.
