Trimo-VSK starts implementation of the ERP solution on the Microsoft platform

"Manzana Group" automates work Trimo-VSK with Microsoft Dynamics AX, the press service of integrator reported on April 25, 2013.

Need

The need for the new automation system – result of dynamic business development of Trimo in Russia, at the same time, business management and planning in the company was performed using the simple Microsoft Excel forms, exchange of letters and files through folders of the general access until recently.

The inconsistency of work of divisions, lack of system planning of operating activities, high influence of a human factor also became the reasons of reorganization of management process, including ERP system implementation.

The management made a choice for benefit of automation on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform.

As the partner in project implementation the Manzana Group company with which Trimo-VSK already has experience of effective cooperation within the project on reorganization of work of sales department and start in operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is selected.

"Three years ago using Manzana Group we implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales management, and had an opportunity to be convinced of professionalism of this command. Now we are faced by even more serious problem: optimize company management in general. Using Microsoft Dynamics AX we are going to reorganize planning processes, to minimize a potential negative impact of a human factor at all its levels, to create a common information space for all divisions of the company. Expectations

In a project deliverable in the company the uniform logic of operational business processes is built, such problems as duplication of information, influence of a human factor are solved. A system will create offers on a covering of all material requirements of the company for satisfaction of demand of clients. A task of the person in this case - not routine work on information processing, and the analysis and the adoption of the proposed management decisions.
