Retail chain stores Galley: automation of accounting, reporting and management

The Chelyabinsk division of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the project on automation of network of retail stores "Galley", implementation of programs "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8", the press service of the company reported on April 25, 2013.

Preparation

Earlier commodity and accounting in shops order manually.

Wishing to optimize business, its owner made the decision on large-scale automation. Contractors of the project specialists of the company "acted as 1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

Installation of programs "1C: Trade Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" is carried out, the retail store equipment is connected:

• strongbox to fiscal registrars of HPC-13S,
• plastic holders of notes,
• POS set ATOL.EasyPOS of lite UIIT with FPrint of 55 - 2 pieces,
• ASPD SHTRIH-LIGHT-100,
• the printer of documents for an UIIT – 2 pieces,
• POS set ATOL.EasyPOS of optima UIIT with FPrint 5200,
• the module GPRS, internal, for ATOL.EasyPOS lite.
• data exchange between systems is configured.

Completion of the 1C: Trade Management 8 configuration under specifics of the client is made, the server, uniform for all divisions, of the centralized storage of the sales statement is created. 28 jobs are automated.

At a final stage of the project all users received detailed instructing in operation of programs and the equipment.

Results

"1C: Trade Management 8" provides automatic selection of the data necessary for accounting and transfer of these data in "1C: Accounting 8". It allowed to organize professional accounting of goods, to connect together data on the main warehouse, trade and accounting transactions.
