The department of public health care of the Kemerovo region provided health facilities of the region with the solution for registration of personnel

Medical institutions of Department of public health care of the Kemerovo region keep account of the medical personnel in the unified information system "PARUS 8", the developer company of a product reported on April 26, 2013.

Program of influence

Creation of the tool for full-fledged management of a personnel resource of the industry as the factor directly affecting quality of delivery of health care to the population became one of the major tasks within the regional Program of upgrade of health care. Taking into account the large volume of data on the medical personnel necessary for management of regional health care and transfer to the Federal register (in a number of health facilities the number of medical employees exceeds 1500 people) to solve such problem at the previous level of automation it was not represented possible. In a number of the organizations was absent or worked outdate software for conducting personnel records. In other health facilities diverse programs were applied, at the same time separate software for conducting personnel records of organization, for filling of the Register of health workers and for formation of data in FCMIF were often used.

Solution

In a project deliverable, implemented jointly regional MIAC with the Kemerovo regional department of "PARUS Corporation", full accounting of the medical personnel of all organizations of regional health care in a single system is automated, the problem of formation and maintaining uniform information base of health workers of area (it is daily updated for the purpose of support of data in current status) is solved, timely periodic unloading of data in the Federal register with their preliminary check is provided.

Result

The implemented solution allows Department of public health care of the Kemerovo region to receive in the shortest possible time necessary reports for the analysis of a situation with personnel structure in regional health care, including the professional grade of specialists, the need for the medical personnel.
