Background

The department of lease was in great need in automation of settlings with tenants, control of employment of the areas, data exchange with accounting. Because of labor-consuming and long data processing about tenants the joint-stock company lost a part of income: not always timely information on the freed squares and, respectively, some time of the premises came to light stood idle.

Project

Implementation of an information system was charged by companies "1C Architect of business".

For solving of tasks of department of lease the decision - to use an industry system "1C: Enterprise 8.2 is made . Lease and real estate administration".

Result

Work of department of lease, including monthly settlement of permanent and variable parts of the rent, operating control of employment of premises on plans of floors (the report on employment of premises on each body poetazhno forms instead of 2-3 hours in 5 minutes), drawing of invoices for payment, prolongation of agreements and so on is automated. At employees time for quick search of new tenants for the become empty premises was released.
