O7.ZhKH services are intended for regional and municipal authorities, the management and resource supplying companies, the rasschyotno-cash centers and cover practically all spheres of interaction of participants of the market of housing and public utilities. Using O7.ZhKH services citizens can obtain complete and reliable information about the house, management company, services and rates. Authorities can perform operational monitoring and the analysis of a situation in the field of housing and public utilities, to carry out housing inspection, to develop target programs.

In 213 Rostelecom expanded functionality of O7.ZhKH services, according to relevant requirements of the legislation and according to the results of practical implementations. One of the major completions is creation of the Electronic Passport of the House component which provides for management companies a possibility of maintaining and providing in regulatory authorities of information on technical, power and utilization properties of the house, according to requirements of order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1468.

O7.ZhKH services work based on own platform of the distributed data processing of Rostelecom. Services are connected to infrastructure of the electronic government that provides a possibility of providing the public and municipal services in the field of housing and public utilities in electronic form.

The solutions O7.ZhKH successfully work in 3 subjects of the Russian Federation: The Penza, Novgorod and Novosibirsk regions, further expansion of the list of the regions connected to service is planned in the near future.
