The company "1C: The first BIT" constructed the system of management in the center of esthetic medicine "Renovatsio", having implemented software products within the project "1C: Accounting 8" "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Trade Management 8" and ". Finance.Prof " BIT, the company reported on April 27, 2013.

Readiness

Business development of the Renovatsio center changed a circle of tasks. The accounting system which was applied at the enterprise earlier, demanded significant upgrade. The management of the center felt need for efficient instruments of control and increase in efficiency of activity of the company.

The company made the decision to automate accounting, tax, managerial, inventory, personnel and financial accounting and payroll.

Pick up the software according to the customer's requests, perform installation and tuning specialists "1C managed : The first BIT".

Job

Implementing solutions became the initial stage of works "1C: Accounting 8" "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" "1C: Trade Management 8". Programs are installed at 20 workstations. Information exchange is configured. Credentials from the previous systems are transferred.

The second stage of the project - implementation of the program ". Finance.Prof " BIT and its integration with other systems. According to requirements of the customer to the reporting:

• the financial structure is created;
• the list of cost items is made;
• budgets of the enterprise and the turnover item for budgets are defined;
• forms of the management reporting are configured;
• transformation process online of accounting data in management accounting on cash flow, income and expenses is adjusted.

The financial status of firm is analyzed according to the centers of responsibility. At the final stage users underwent professional training.

Result

Activity of accounting, finance division, personnel department, warehouse is automated. There was an ability to manage sales, stocks, purchases, customer relations and suppliers. Processing procedures of orders, formations of report forms and payment documents became less bulky.
