The group Morton completes the project of automation of reporting according to IFRS

Moreton Group signed the agreement on implementation of the software solution "Homnet: IFRS. Corporate delivery" with Homnet Consulting company, the company reported on April 26, 2013. Implementation took place in Center of Development Moreton LLC which is a part of Moreton Group

Objectives

The management of Moreton Group made the decision on automation of preparation of the reporting under IFRS. Having studied the market, selected Homnet Consulting company.

A system – "Homnet became the software product of implementation : IFRS. Corporate delivery".

Objectives

Was declared that during the project it is necessary:

• implement the solution;
• adapt it for business processes of Moreton Group company;
• train users in work with a new system.

Job

By April 26, 2013 preproject inspection is complete, works on implementation and adaptation of the software product to needs of the customer are begun. In one information system specialists of Moreton Group will be engaged in data of divisions.

Hopes

As a result of implementation of the program "Homnet: IFRS. Corporate delivery" Moreton Group will receive the flexible information system allowing to create reports according to international standards.

Result of the project and final

The Homnet Consulting company completed implementation "Homnet: IFRS" in the structure of CIS of Moreton Group, the press service of integrator reported on June 25, 2013.

Specialists Homnet Consulting were faced by tasks:

• Integrate a subsystem "Homnet: IFRS" in an accounting system under RAS;
• Configure a subsystem of "IFRS";
• Train users in work with a subsystem of "IFRS";
• Modify a subsystem, according to requirements of Moreton company.

During the project integration of a subsystem "Homnet is made : IFRS" in the 1C: Accounting CORP system.

Employees Homnet Consulting together with experts Moreton developed methodology, namely: Chart of accounts of IFRS and rule of a mepping of accounts of the Russian chart of accounts and chart of accounts of IFRS.

Setup of a subsystem of IFRS is made:

• accounting settings are configured
• the chart of accounts of IFRS is entered.

During automation the functionality of a subsystem is finished:

• The algorithm of calculation of the deferred taxes of a subsystem of IFRS is modified;
• The mechanism of allocation of costs on investment objects is developed;
• The mechanism of implementation of apartments to end customers is developed;
• The mechanism of comparison of operations with intra group agreements is developed;
• The mechanism of accounting and distribution of the areas of objects between the final parties of investment contracts is developed.

The project automates 5 jobs.
