"D2 Insurance" completed implementation of EDMS

The D2 Insurance company begins system implementation of electronic document management on the Docsvision 5 platform, with the assistance of ECMGroup.Pro company, the press service of the contractor reported on April 29, 2013.

Project Progress

For April 29, 2013 setup of key procedures of office-work, automation of registration of the entering, outgoing, internal correspondence is carried out. Within the next stage it is necessary to configure approval of outgoing correspondence and contractual documents, sozdt electronic archive.

Alla Kolmakov, the advisor to director general "D2" noted Insurance: "Implementation of Docsvision 5 will allow the company to increase efficiency of work with documents, to make process of their movement and control completely transparent. Considering that the D2 branch network covers 16 cities, a new system will allow the company to lower costs and to save time".

Project Results

On June 14, 2016 the ECMGroup.Pro company announced project completion of workflow automation in D2 Insurance company. The efficiency of business processes by means of integration of the main applications with EDMS is increased, technologies of mobile electronic document management on the Docsvision 5 platform are implemented.

In implementation process of the project the circuit of automation includes processing of ORD, a contracted work, processing of decisions of collegial bodies, accounting of documents on staff, integration with the accounting system "1C:Enterprise 8" is executed. Use of the EDS is begun.

Advertizing of SK "D2 Insurance", (2014)

In 2015 within development of a system integration into the S-Finance system is executed, integration with 1C is expanded, Mail and Easy clients of Docsvision for ensuring continuous work of mobile staff of the company are brought into operation.

The e-mail client helps to study the document, to participate in approval, to appoint and control course of execution of instructions in the interface usual to employees of the MS Outlook e-mail client. Using the E-mail client it is possible to execute instructions out of office: work with tasks from Docsvision and the files attached to them without connection with the Internet as they remain in e-mail.

The easy client gives an opportunity for work in EDMS in any internet- the browser running any operating system (Microsoft Windows, including Windows RT Linux Mac OS X) from the tablet or the mobile device. At the same time installation of specialized software on a client workplace is not required. Interfaces of clients are convenient and clear.

In a project deliverable the efficiency of work with documents is increased, procedures of document retrieval are optimized, terms of working off of addresses are reduced, mobile employees had an opportunity to participate in processes continuously. The operating mechanisms of integration provide relevance of data in all systems, reduction of risk of errors at data transfer from one system in another, reduction of cumulative time for processing of finance documents.

In a work progress with D2 Insurance company we are convinced of efficiency of the selected strategy of benchmarking when for activity improvement the management of the enterprise attentively studies the best practices of application of EDMS, both in the industry, and in the adjacent fields of business. Expansion of a zone of integration and inclusion of mobile employees in document handling - logical scaling of EDMS as allows to make a business management process continuous, and, so increases its efficiency.
