Content

1C integrator: The first BIT optimized accounting in JSC Saratovenergo using the solution "1C: Accounting 8", the company reported on April 30, 2013.

Background

Earlier the accounting in the company was carried out using the information system differing in "rigidity" of settings. Users noted inconveniences of the systems of updating, archiving, recovery and data transfer. For example, the program did not allow to edit reports to correct errors, it was necessary to update every time it. At changes of requirements of the legislation or corporate policy, it was necessary to configure it again. It led to time and finance costs, there were idle times in work of users. Processes of formation of the regulated reporting and payroll dragged on.

The decision on creation of a new information system is made. For project implementation selected products of the line of 1C. As a result of holding an open competition by the partner in implementation there was a company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade).

Job

For the purpose of obtaining the broadest picture of requirements to the implemented system preproject examination of business processes of the company is conducted. Installation, setup and integration of the software product is made. Operational transfer of a remaining balance from the old program is organized. Using webinars user training is provided.

Result

In a project deliverable work of accounting, personnel department and payroll is completely automated. In total in a system 20 users work.

Nadezhda Simaganova, the chief accountant of JSC Saratovenergo, noted: "Thanks to the program of "1C: Accounting 8" accounting labor costs are reduced. A system allowed to keep account according to relevant requirements of the legislation, at the same time employees should not wait more until the program is updated. Implementation "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" allowed to reduce costs for formation of the cost accounting for personnel and formation of the regulated reporting. Significantly – more, than twice - terms are reduced by payroll and formation of insurance premiums. Payment delays to the employees because of untimely payroll calculation are excluded".
