The Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across the Kaliningrad region equips departmental transport with control facilities

JSC Mobile TeleSystems announced on April 30, 2013 a project startup on monitoring of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (ROMIA) motor transport of Russia across the Kaliningrad region by means of equipment by the equipment M2M-Cyber GLX of 500 machines of police.

More than 500 units of police transport equipped with the special equipment that allows to control their location, a route, fuel consumption each car. In addition, control over police cars gives the chance to react more quickly to the calls received from inhabitants.

"Cars of Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia across the Kaliningrad region equipped with transport monitoring system therefore now it is simpler to the person on duty obtaining data on location of police cars to define what of crews will be able to reach on this or that call quicker.
